Updated: DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU ARE OVER 200 Lbs.

Update: 9.23.23Autofill responded to this review and replaced the chair long after the warranty had elapsed. Please consider their superior customer service when looking at AutoFIll products. I am happy they went above and beyond.________________________This chair isn’t even a year old.I’m not a YUGE guy. I’m 6’3″ 240 and this chair was passible to start, but within 6 months the bottom cushion started to compress, and the main hinge started getting loose, no matter what I tried to keep things tight. It’s not even a year and the entire thing is basically unusable. The central joints are busted, and the backrest is basically horizontal if I don’t prop it up on another desk. Complete garbage. And trying to find any warrantee info sends you on a circle jerk of website roulette. Not that it matters, I’m never buying from these people again and neither should you.One would THINK spending $250 on a gaming chair would get you past the 12month part. Not so much with Autofill.Choose elsewhere.

    Nice comfortable and usable chair

I really like this chair. Assembly was a snap because hardware was already attached and the instructions were actually very good. The chair is sturdy and the features match much more expensive chairs. I like the adjustability to be able to customize it for me. My only complaint would be that the leather tends to absorb sweat, so sitting for a length of time will wear it out quickly. I have compensated for this by sitting on a towel. I also had to strap the head pad around the top because I am tall; it was in my back. For the money, this is a great value. I have had other chairs and they always wear out in the seat as well as the piston gives out and it drops in height. I hope it holds up.

Incredibly squeaky and noisy! … UPDATED!

Love the chair itself. Super simple to put together. It is very comfortable and looks really good in my game room. However, I cannot use this thing for gaming. The noise level shoots right through me. It sqeaks so loud that it drives everyone else listening to me on gaming channels crazy; I have to mute my microphone. I cannot get the thing to shut up!I’ve tried WD-40, adjusting, and re-tightening everything, but nothing helps. It is really bad! I will send it back if I cannot get this thing to quiet down.—UPDATE: I was quickly contacted by the seller; they resolved this issue immediately with me. Customer service is top-notch!!

Take it from someone with severe back problems

I had 2 severe herniated discs and degenerative disc disease. Just had both discs fixed and this chair has been amazing both before and after my surgery. The stitching is high quality, the memory foam seat is somehow still comfortable even after 2hrs of sitting, and the lower back pillow is great as well. I don’t even use the foot rest but it is a nice touch. The reclining action of the back is outstanding. The only thing I would have negative to say about it (and thats IF I HAD TOO) is the arm rests. They seem to be the cheapest part of the build.

    Great gaming and office Chair

This chair is worth the money. It is a nice weight and very easy to put together. I did purchase other rollers for rugs. Nice chair and comfortable.

Deceptive and not worth the price

Deceptive. I though the company was Japanese because of the description, but it certainly was not. The head cushion part is very inconvenient to use, it sort of dangles there and cant easily be tightened for the perfect height. The name “autofull” is literally displayed 5 times altogether on the chair and cushions, which is quite annoying and unnecessary. I am keeping it only because I used an amazon giftcard and disassembling is a pain

Just wow… five stars for the money

I think a lot of people put a lot of hours sitting in their chairs, eating watching movies researching podcasts, all that kind of stuff at their office chair. That being a case, you’re at least sitting on this thing a third of your life or close to it.It’s funny how we don’t even consider how expensive an iPhone is (generally being over $1000) but we won’t spend $200-$300 to invest into our health for a chair.I mean, I’ve always said just bought bargain chairs but I’ve never really found that wears well comfort wise, I think I found my match. Ithink you know the next step up from this would be $500 to $600 and after that, $1000+I put this thing in sleep mode if (horizontal) if you really wanted to, it does work.I am lighter weight and thinner, In horizontal mode I would say it cuts off the circulation to my calves and her feet if you do that for too long. However, but you can also take the seat back further so the blood rushes up to your head.I’m not giving medical advice, you may have a situation where that’s dangerous. For everyone else That is an option which is can be good for your health as they have people using those crazy machines to safely turn people upside down and charge big bucks for sessions at a Dr’s office. I think this goes back to 60°.All in all Sleep mode works well for me. if people are really big it might not work out so well for you, But the chair itself will hold up for larger people as well. Anyone well under 300 pounds will find this a very comfortable chair.

    Boyfriend Approved!

My boyfriend is a gamer & it bugged me to see him sit like a shrimp in his old office chair due to lack of ergonomic support it offered him. For Christmas, I decided to get him a new gaming chair & I’m glad I purchased this one for him! He was totally surprised & loves it. Assembly was easy, came with extra screws as well. It is a sleek chair that provides the perfect comfort & support for sitting in a chair for long periods of time. Highly recommend this chair!

Not what I was hoping for

Bought this chair to replace an ergonomic chair that I got from the office (which has seen better days), and honestly, I wish I’d gotten something else. The only thing “ergonomic” about this chair is the pillow that comes with it. It is not attached to the chair in any way, you just place it where you need it and hope it stays in place. The recline and tilt features are nice, but not really necessary in a work chair. My biggest complaint is about the seat cushion. It flattens out after a couple hours of use and becomes hard and uncomfortable. I guess it’s my fault for buying a “gaming” chair to replace an office “work” chair. It’s not what I was expecting. If I was still within my return window, this would have already gone back in favor of something else.

Good value for the money – 3 month review

Not the most expensive chair; however, after three months of using this as my full time office chair, I am very satisfied. Don’t expect this to be a Secretlab chair. The AutoFull chair is a great chair for the price. My use is as a full time office chair during the day (lots of screen time and zoom meetings) and an internet browsing and minor gaming chair in the evening. The strength of this chair is the back and seat comfort. Once one finds the sweet spot for the pillows, the chair is quite comfortable. Be aware that this is not a “cushy” office chair. The seat feels like a very firm memory foam and the sides of the seat bottom raise to an angle that does give one that “bucket seat” feel. The pillow for the back also has a memory foam feel; however, there is more give and it adjusts well once the “sweet spot” for placement is found. The neck pillow is comfortable; however, I have to keep reaching up to adjust it to the correct position. It attaches to the chair back, it is just that I need to move it up from the natural location where it attaches. For me, a major strength of this chair is the setting that allows a little give when leaning back. This allows a bit of a rocking function and that is a very big advantage for meThe chair back is very solid and does go above my head. This is one of the reasons I went with a gaming chair versus an office chair. The recline for the chair sets the back at almost 90 degrees to just less than 180 degrees. If reclined, there is a footrest that can be deployed. This is one reason I picked this chair and in reality, I don’t use it much. The only time the footrest is comfortable is when the chair almost fully reclined. The arms of the chair are nicely adjustable. A choice has to be made during assembly to determine how wide to place the arms. After using the chair for a couple days, I took off the arms and moved them to a closer setting the the side of the seat. The vertical adjustment is smooth and easy. It is also possible to adjust the angle of the armrests to twist them to one of three settings, pointing away from the seat, pointing parallel to the seat, and pointing toward the seat. The one thing I would like is to have the ability for the armrests to move forward and backward. The assembly was straight forward. By chance, I helped put together a Secretlab Titan Evo chair two days before I assembled this chair. The parts were not as well organized in this chair as with the Secretlab chair, but the instructions for the AutoFull chair were easy to follow and all parts were in the package. In conclusion, this chair is not as nice as a Secretlab Titan Evo; however, it does not cost anywhere near what the Titan Evo costs. I can spill coffee on the AutoFull chair and not feel any regret. If the cat jumps up on the chair, I don’t check for claw marks. The footrest on the AutoFull chair is not as useful as I had hoped; however, the rocking function of the chair more than makes up for any disappointment from the footrest. After using this chair for three months, I would purchase it again.

Great Chair for the Price. Perfect Chair after a Slight Modification to Foot Rest

I bought this chair to replace a love-seat in my travel trailer. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and use it every day for a least a couple of hours.5 stars – SHIPPING: It arrived before I expected and in perfect condition.4.9 stars ASSEMBLY:The instructions are very difficult to read. I have decent eyesight but the very fine print in red ink over a blackish background was just a poor choice and it really slowed the process for me. I had to use the camera on my phone to zoom in on a great deal of the instructions. This chair is heavy and that is a good thing! I would recommend that smaller individuals or anybody with back, knee, shoulder issues etc, have someone help with assembly. It will require flipping over and you will find it easier if you have something of sufficient hight to rest it on during the process. The bolts came pre-installed on my chair which made assembly fairly intuitive. Assembly is by no means intimidating for this chair.4.5 stars – FEATURES:Pros:Sturdy. this chair is no joke.Comfortable. Comfort is a subjective experience but I’ve had no issues. I do not use the included backrest. It definitely reclines 180 degrees.Con-“ish”s:No fine-point control for recline.Foot rest extension length was an issue for me. I am 6ft tall, 185lbs and my legs extended well beyond the foot rest. For me the foot rest was almost a lower calf rest. I modified the extension bars and now I have no issues. The bars that come with the chair are actually hollow, at least mine are. Now, I’m not recommending you do what I did but here’s what I did: I bought a 1/2″ thread tapping wrench and two 1/2″ threaded steel bolts (10.5” long, you can find them longer) from a local hardware store. I popped the caps off of the supplied bars, threaded them, then connected the bolts accordingly. Works perfect for me. The thread tapping wrench, cost $15 bucks, the bolts… I don’t remember how much but it wasn’t expensive . I would watch some YouTube vids on using a thread tapping wrench before trying if you’ve never done it before. If you have arthritis, as I do, it may be difficult.Like I said, I bought this chair for use in a small space. I wanted something comfortable and sturdy. This chair has for the most part exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

    Arm rests are the dealbreaker

I really liked this chair. It has a very nice lumbar cushion that I can use on my couch or my chair. Until you break it in, at least I assume, the cushion is more than a little too hard for extended play or work however. I had to use one of those memory foam cocyx cushions because the chair hurt my butt after a couple hours.Otherwise the construction is solid, the materials feel nice. The cost of the 2 stars however have to do with the armrests for 1.5 stars, and the foot rest for .5 stars with their being no automatic tilt.Basically, for me, the chair is unusable for its purposes as it was built for a lot larger frame than someone at 5’8 which they state as their recommended height and size. I cannot use the armrests unless I tilt them both outwards to allow the closer portion to slightly give my elbows and forearms some purchase. This causes me to sit in the chair with particularly bad posture. I cannot use the chair in good posture, which is necessary as someone with severe neck and back pain. The armrests are 21 inches apart, they are 2d adjustible. If they could slide inward rather than angle tilt, they would be good. They are also not confortable at all to use directly, so I recommend getting armrest cushions.Perhaps the scoop of the armrest would mitigate that discomfort and arm pain if they were 4d adjustible and could go to 17 inches apart. When you are assembling the chair, you can space them even further apart. The irony with this armrest separation is they are spaced as though big and tall, but if you are… hefty… then the scoop of the seat will be too small for you. You would have to use a cocyx cushion to elevate you out of the natural cradle of the seat because that is too narrow for any person with a body frame to utilize these arm rests. The issue I have with the foot rest is it just doesn’t extend far enough. I am 5’8, anyone taller and it is firmly a calf rest. If you are 6’2 and taller, it may be a knee rest. It is the standard extension of all of these chairs so that may be a moot criticism other than to tell tall people to just get an ottoman or foot rest separate. That is what I will be doing anyway and I am not tall. The 2nd part of my footrest criticism is that the chair back does not in any way tilt. The chair does not tilt. You have to grab a lever to set it at specific incremental positions that may or may not be conducive to your needs for back rest or even sitting for normal gaming. There is just a little too much between straight and the next setting back. And straight is too straight up. Next setting back is just a little too far back and hurts my neck. Were it not for its issue with armrest and positioning plus footrest, I would say this is a great chair, especially in comparison to others. For its price it is probably the best. But my back and neck cannot afford these features to be missing.Be very discerning with your needs. The average streaming gamer would likely be quite satisfied. But for me, it worsens some of my pain rather than mitigates, esp due to the terribly spaced armrests. My arms don’t even touch them at all when I position to type.Edit: Their customer service is excellent, highly responsive and interested in customer satisfaction. I am giving this back a 4 star review for that.As I had said above I feel that this is a great chair for its price point. The features I described tend to be in a higher price range, the 4D adjustable armrests, and the moving backrest with shifting positions (spring mechanism), I forget the proper name.

    Solid, comfortable and well-built.

I did my reading. I wanted quality over anything, and noticed this chair with a higher price than most chairs that come up when you search gaming chair. Then I noticed this chair was less returned, had a superior, stronger structure than many others with high ratings. The Autofull brand produces a product of practicality and precision. I thought a nice $120 staples office chair was nice. The Autofull trumps that by a mile. It feels like a military-grade comfortable gaming chair that you can recline in and nap if you feel the call for sleep. It deserves a perfect score and the near-perfect rating is evident.

Love the chair, had some damage upon arrival. Customer Service is amazing!

First off, this chair is fantastic for the price. Very comfortable, adjustable back and arm rests are a huge plus for making your gaming experience just right. The memory foam back pillow is a very nice touch if you like to sit a bit forward but still have support. Assembly was straight forward and easy, but take that with a grain of salt as I am a mechanic. Packaging was well done to help protect the components during shipping (which is why I was shocked to see a damaged arm rest). I contacted the seller to address the damage during shipping and was honestly suprised when they offered me a complete replacement, instead of just shipping some armrests. Customer service is top notch, and the product is well worth the money.

Comfortable and Sturdy, with Excellent Lumbar Support

Autofull was very responsive to my feedback on how to improve their product. One thing I really appreciated about this chair is that all the screws are in the right places and easy to access, making assembly a breeze. I would definitely buy from them again. The chair itself has excellent lumbar support, which is crucial for anyone who spends long hours sitting down. The memory foam cushion is also very comfortable and molds to your body. The chair has a chunky, sturdy feel to it, and the faux leather is soft and pliable, which hopefully means it won’t crack like a harder, shinier faux leather would. Each part of the chair was carefully wrapped in foam to prevent any breakage or damage during shipping. One downside to the chair is that the armrests are quite hard and may crack or peel over time, so it’s recommended to purchase soft covers for them. Additionally, the back support can be a bit annoying and pushes you further out from the chair, which then puts the leg support at the back of your knees. The cushion also tends to go flat after a few hours, which can make the chair uncomfortable for extended periods of sitting. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the chair is a great option for those looking for solid lumbar support and comfortable seating.

    Comfortable and affordable

Been using this chair for a few weeks now. This chair is very comfortable and was a great choice at its price point. I can sit in this chair for multiple hours in comfort without any chair fatigue. The materials seem high quality and the finish is quite nice. I am 5’10” and of average build. My desk height is a little taller than most at exactly 3′. The chair is a little low for that height desk but with a couple inch extra pad it’s just about right at its highest setting. That has nothing to do with the chair design, or quality but it might help someone with the fit of their individual desk. I find it most comfortable to use the lumbar support pad as well as an extra couple inch pad on the seat, as mentioned before. Overall, great purchase and I would recommend this product for someone looking for a comfortable gaming chair at a fair price. However, there are a couple things I will mention that earned it a 4 instead of 5-star rating for me that buyers might want to know:1) The top left screw hole that holds the backrest to the rest of the chair was not threaded correctly. The M9 screw/bolt would start and get a few turns in and just stop with no amount of force able to get it any further. I also tried this with a couple of extra bolts the manufacturer sent with the same results. I couldn’t be asked to go buy an M9 tap and re-thread the hole. Therefore, only 3 screws hold my backrest on, but surprisingly I don’t notice it making any difference to the sturdiness of the chair.2) The head rest for someone of my build is more like an uncomfortable upper back annoyance in the position they show it installed. It’s much better as a head/neck rest if you strap it to the very top of the chair.Overall, I would purchase it again and will but another one if it holds up for a good while.

Solid design with some minor complaints

I just finished putting this together and I compliment the company for making it so easy. Everything fit and instructions were straight forward with no issues. It’s certainly a step up from my “ergonomic” kneeling chair which I’ll be using for kindling now. ;-)The chair is comfortable and I really like how far back it goes, but I do have a few minor complaints. First I don’t care much for the “wings” on the seat. Even though I’m already kind of used to it I really don’t see the point. The other issue is the lumbar support which doesn’t have straps for adjustment like other gaming chairs and just sits loose. My main complaint though, and the reason I settled for a gaming chair to use as my office chair, is with the neck pillow. I have a bad neck so it was important for me to find a chair with a pillow that would support my neck as I work, which this seems to do, but the pillow doesn’t stay put and I have to constantly adjust it. I imagine this is probably true for all gaming chairs but it would’ve been better if this had an adjustable strap on the back so I could tighten it up, and unfortunately not having that also means I can’t attach it to the top of the chair and slide it down to the right level, so I suppose my only option then is to figure out a way to permanently attach it to the right height or look for something else on Amazon. Overall though I like the chair and it’s certainly better than the first one I bought off Amazon which had backward instructions and pieces that didn’t fit. Couldn’t send that back fast enough.Update: I decided to update this review with a further complaint about the crummy lumbar pillow included with this chair. For what they charge they really should include one that isn’t so thin and annoying. I substituted burning neck and trapezius muscles with my kneeling/torture chair for a new experience in lower back pain because of this ridiculous thing and I have no choice but to look for a better one that actually supports my back and doesn’t flop over every time I get up. Once I find something decent this one is going straight to Salvation Army.

    Nice chair, but…

Update: Okay, so the customer support is outstanding here! Changed back to 5-stars. Replaced the faulty part of my chair very quickly and were more than happy to help.I do like the overall design of the chair and the comfort isn’t bad for the price. Lumbar support foam/pillow for the lower back is very nice. I do have a problem with the hydraulic giving out and my chair slowly descending to its lowest setting after sitting in it for a few minutes. This problem just recently became a problem and it was only minor at first, but now it has stemmed into a pretty big annoyance. I am well below the weight threshold of the chair too so that’s not what I believe to be causing this issue.I do like this chair because it is a big step up from my previous chair (arm rest broke and customer support was a ghost for my previous chair.) I am hoping the same doesn’t stem from AutoFull and they will at least help out with the replacement base at a minimum since I haven’t had the chair for a full year. It will remain at 3 stars until this remedy is addressed.

Rocky start to setup, but customer service was great and very satisfied with final product

Recently just started a WFH job, and my dinky no-name office chair wasn’t cutting it. Got this because it had the most lumbar support I could find, and I’ve always secretly wanted a proper gaming chair.Assembly was pretty easy, there were a few parts I had to take apart and put back together but it was a fairly seamless experience overall. Unfortunately, one of the tubes where the footrest fits in came stripped, and I had to request a replacement. Service was very good and it showed up fairly soon after I requested it.I’m about 1 month in and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best office chairs I’ve ever owned. I am short, so I don’t have a problem with the small length of the footrest, tall people YMMV. It supports my back, it reclines, and aside from my issue with the tube is very sturdily built. Would recommend for gamers and officer workers from home who need to sit comfortably during long sessions at a desk.

    Comfortable chair. Looks nice.

Got one of these chairs for gaming and I love it. I bought it in red and it came with the head rest pad and a lumbar pad that make it pretty comfortable to sit in for prolonged sessions. The only negative is the foot rest. I’m 6’1” and this ring barely extends past my knees. When it’s eventually time to replace it, I’d still buy another from them.

So far so good. Chair is very sturdy and well made. Its weak point is the foot stand. I’m 5’11” and it is slightly short for me so I probably won’t use it much.

    Good value, Small problems

Pros.Good chair but if your a bigger guy give it some time to wear the padding in!All steel construction is good back locks very firmly in place, promotes good posture.Very easy to put together takes about ten minutes, did not install leg rest so i cannot comment on that.Cons.Arm rests do not come up high enough for me but you can buy padded extenders for them, Tilt function is almost useless.Included back support pillow is nice but i constantly have to adjust it when i get in or out of chair. Neck pillow could have better mounting to keep it higher for taller people.

Seat not as comfortable as id hoped

The chair overall was shipped with no damage. Once I put it together I quickly found out the curvature of the seat digs into the back of my legs. I wasn’t expecting that to happen. The lumbar support pillow is nice and does help with back pain. The neck pillow however sags down too low for me. Considering returning the chair due to the seat.

Great chair. Solid cushion and great support to the back.

I have been using herman miller logitech edition for a year now and my buttlock pain became unbearable. I couldn’t even sit on chair anymore cause it hurts so much. I am software developer so I have to sit in chair 8+ hours a day even with taking break and doing stretches every 30 mins, it didn’t help. Some people say it will go away in time but it never did for my case. As much as I loved its great back support, with so much butt lock pain, I can’t no longer use it so I decided to give this chair a try. Surprisingly, I could tell immediate difference as my butt doesn’t hurt when I sit on it. Having herman miller chair more than an year, I gave it benefit of doubt that the chair wasn’t for me. But this chair, damn… it is comfortable and costs only 1/8 of herman miller logitech edition I paid for. Great job. Assembly was a little annoying but it was expected for this type of chair. From my experience, this type of chair only lasts 2-3 years for me but that is still better than keeping herman miller chair for 10 years warranty cause I don’t have to deal with butt lock pain. Great work. Very solid build.

    Easy to put together

So far so good. The seat could have more cushion, but then it would wear out faster I suppose. We put it together in less than an hour. The back ready doesn’t attach and keeps falling over, but just a minor annoyance.Otherwise, the chair works as a chair should.

On Par with Secret Lab Titan!

I had a Secret Labs Titan chair that I used at work for 4 years that I absolutely loved, then I got a new job working from home. After 1 month of using a crappy cheap gaming chair and my back straight up killing me after a few hours of sitting I knew I needed a new chair. The price tag for the secret labs chair was just a bit to high for me to justify, so I looked around for a couple weeks reading reviews and researching. I landed on this one and I made what I feel was the best decision. After 2 months of consistent use, it is absolutely comparable to the titan chair, and in several ways even better. My back pain was gone, the lumbar support is excellent, and the material is extremely comfortable and durable. The looks are great too. I like the leg rest to, although I never really use it, it’s still a neat addition especially when I have company and not enough couch space when watching a movie or something.Altogether, I highly recommend this chair, and I’m extremely happy with this purchase.

    Pretty Good Dupe for SecretLab

I previously had a secret lab, but I moved across states and couldn’t bring it with me. I settled on this one, and I’m pretty happy with it. It rocks the same, leans the same, and looks the same. The biggest con of this chair is that the arm rests are practically useless. The back of the arm rest is too far from the chair, forcing you to lean up if you want to use them (see photo for huge gap). They also rotate way too easily, which is extremely annoying. The secret lab has a button function to rotate them, these just turn willy-nilly. Im taking mine off soon because they cause more annoyance than anything. The decals are too big and too ugly, I’m considering covering the whole chair.Other than that, it’s a great chair for a great price, as long as arm rests are not the biggest deal to you!

Worst build quality / Excellent after sales support

UPDATE: added another two stars because their after sales service is excellent. They reach out to me and offered a few options rectify the issue and even offered another free chair. This says a lot because most other companies will just take your money and run. I would give them another chance.Only reason Im giving this product two stars and not one is because it actually is comfortable..as MOST chairs are AT FIRST. Will be returning.QUALITY: None of the logos are centered or straight as you can see in my pictures. It was not stapled equality across all parts (you have more staples on one side than the other and at different location). Good quality products have a CONSISTENT PATTERN! Not to mention that one staple came broken as you can see by my thumb on the third picture.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: The instructions manual I receive was ONLY in Chinese. They charge you a prime for this chair but wont even bother to translate the manual. I did not order this in China and it was not delivered to china so there is no reason as to why the manual provided was ONLY written in Chinese.ARM REST: extremely uncomfortable.

    Great Chair…But.

I did a lot of price comparisons on chairs, before I bought this one. I really like the overall look and design of the Autofull C3. I paid more then I originally intended, but it had all the functionality I wanted and a great look. The chair is very comfortable even after long hours of sitting. However, the chair has developed one major flaw that I consider to be a big problem, it’s splitting at the the seam where you sit, tiny at first but getting bigger by the day. I am in the second month of owning this chair, I’m not a huge guy about 165pds.Update: I had to change my review from 3 stars to 5. After writing this review I was contacted by Autofull, there willingness to solve my problem impressed me. In my opinion this is a company that cares a great deal about their reputation and their costumers. I am very happy with the outcome. I’m A fan…

    Great Chair for the price!

This is possibly one of the most comfortable and functional gaming chairs under 300 dollars. Fairly easy assembly, but the durability for me is in slight question. I found a tiny hole in the leather when I was piecing it together, which was most likely from the shipping process. However, been using it over a week and I love the chair itself. Just be careful with it.

    Customer Service is Excellent

The chair I ordered arrived damaged with cracked finishing pieces.I contacted the folks at Autofull and provided pictures of the damage. After several emails with them they offered to replace the chair with a new one. The new chair arrived in about 5 days and is perfect. Thanks for the exemplary customer service to the guys at Autofull. I like the chair, too.

    Fine chair but not perfect.

Pros:- comfortable- quality leather- love the adjustable handlesCons:- the cushion and the back of the chair don’t come together very well.. so it looks a bit disproportionate (img attached)..- started to squeak after a month.Note: You’ll need a buddy to help you with the assembly. Is not rocket science, you just need to pay attention to the instructions.

I really wanted to love it, but it’s just not worth the pricetag

I wanted to love this chair and was super excited to try it out, but it did not meet my expectations. It’s not the worst, but it’s not worth the price tag in my opinion. Here’s the pros and cons:Pros:It looks great. I got the brown/tan color and I was really impressed with the overall aesthetics. It looks even better than the pictures! The materials are high quality. From the stitching to the screws and mechanical components, you can tell this chair is made with materials that are meant to last. The lumbar support pillow and the seat cushion are pretty comfortable. If you’re looking for an extra soft cushiony bottom, this is not the chair for you. But for my purposes, it provides adequate support and is comfortable to sit in for 2-3 hours at a time. It’s not life-changing comfort, but it’s slightly above average compared to say an average office chair from Staples.Cons:The footrest (knee rest) is unusable. I’m 6,0 tall and it rests painfully right on the backside of my knees. I ended up just removing it. When I’m shelling out 300 bucks for a chair, I want to be able to use all the components. My height is fairly average–you would have to be like 5’5 or below to use this as a footrest. It took almost two hours to put this thing together. I don’t know if some of these other folks have degrees in engineering or what, but this char was NOT easy to assemble. The directions were fairly clear and the screws fit for the most part, but you really need 2 people to put this chair together, it is NOT a solo job.The pillow headrest and armrests are quite uncomfortable. As a few other people mentioned, the armrests are hard and just don’t quite sit at the correct distance. I tried adjusting them, but again this is almost impossible to do alone as you need someone to hold the metal component in place and position it correctly while the other screws it in. The pillow is rock hard and I quickly removed it. Again, when I’m paying 300 for a chair, I expect the armrests and pillow to be made of a softer, higher quality material. All in all, this isn’t the worst chair I’ve owned, but it’s certainly not the best. I will keep it, mostly because of the labor it took to put it together. My advice would be to invest a bit more money in something top-of-the-line.

    Comfortable. Feels sturdy.

Since I work from home it was time for an upgrade. This is a day one review.Overall, it took me less than an hour to assemble. The chair feels sturdy and structurally sound. Only thing that could use slight improvement is the ability to adjust the angle of the leg support for reclining.

Day 1: Will come back an add edits as time goes.

So update… I use this chair probably four hours max a day. And the arm of the chair has ripped into two pieces (the rubber portion). It felt quality, but I suppose durability says otherwise.————-I am someone who really needs to find the best deal that they can. A couple of years ago I bought your “generic” gaming chair and it’s already lopsided, worn out, and destroying my poor spine. I work from home, as well as game so I need a chair that will support me and also my “pretzel style sitting”.Assembly: Honestly, probably one of the easiest chairs I’ve had to put together. I was trying to put it together on my short breaks while working, and even not until later figuring out that there are in fact English instructions, I had it going easy peasy just from the pictures alone. I like that they really have all the screws where you need them to be, and loose so you just remove them, add the part, and put them back in. As a 125lbs out-of-shape lady, I had absolutely zero issue putting it together. I ended up propping it upside down on a backless kitchen table chair and it worked wonders.P.S. All of the parts seem of really good quality! It’s hard to give an accurate time because I worked on it 20 minutes which mostly was me taking it out of the wrapping/protection which was actually packed VERY nicely. 7 or so minutes one other time — and when I got off work it probably took me about 25 minutes or so to get everything together, flip it over and sit down.Day 1 Review:It is definitely low to the ground, but it’s probably the first chair that I’ve ever sat in that makes me want to NOT sit pretzel style. Not because it isn’t comfortable, but because it seems to want to encourage you to sit proper. The back pillow as of right now, is a 10/10 and feels amazing. I can only hope after living in the chair for a while it remains that way.To put into perspective, I am 5’3″ as well, and I would *love* for this chair to be about an inch taller than what it is but I’ll figure out a way to make it work, maybe a mat. I would be curious as well to see someone of a larger stature sit in the chair – though I wouldn’t necessarily question it’s sturdiness because it seems to be well made. I feel it caters perfectly to us short folks, aside from the little height issue. So far, I have zero regrets in purchasing this chair. I truly hope it holds up.I can genuinely tell you however that it is already much higher quality than those gaming chairs that all mimic one another in the $100-$200 range. I’d say take the leap with me and lets see how it goes!

    Comfortable!!!!

Assembly is a pain just like with any e-commerce bought furniture, it took me about 30 minutes. They do include the required tools, which is nice if you don’t have them. But WOW, this thing is so comfortable. Was a xmas present for my son, thinking about another for my office.

    product from china smells funny

I have back issues and this chair met all my expectations. The only thing I found off-putting is the fact that it had a heavy chemical factory smell. It’s been 5 days since I assembled the chair and it still smells like a freshly painted hallway in a brand new hotel.

Have it for 2 years and the seating part all got cracks

I bought it because of the high reviews. Disappointed. Should I buy a new one after two years? I would rather buy a known brand for the twice higher cost.I contacted the supplier and he is sending me a new chair. Actually, it is very nice.

    Good chair, lasted two years

I bought this chair in July 2021 for working at home (not gaming). It looked much more comfortable than most office chairs do. It has been a very good chair: adjustable, good back support, etc. I only recently got a cushion because I have apparently beaten the seat pretty well, because I have worked from home all this time and still do. The only reason I’m here today is because the seat height adjustment seems to be collapsing and I wanted to get a new chair before I find myself sitting with my knees level with my chin. The chair may actually last longer when used for gaming because I probably wouldn’t be sitting in basically one position all day every day.Having said that, it has been a good chair, especially for the price, and I’ll be buying another one today.

Arrived ahead of schedule which is always a plus. Assembly wasn’t difficult at all.. I am 6ft 2 , 225lbs with back issues and this chair fits me just right.. there are cheaper options out there as well as more expensive options. For the money it’s a very high guilty and durable feel.. I would definitely recommend this chair if your on the market..

    Mostly love it

It’s a really nice looking chair. The instruction book is fancy to look at but it’s difficult to try to read (itty bitty white & red font) – no regard for accessibility here. Watch the videos instead. It had a strong plasticy smell for a couple of days, gave me a headache. The armrests are terrible – the plastic is very slick, my arms slide around often. I’ll buy some armrest covers, but it’s annoying that I have to spend more money on this chair, since it’s not cheap to begin with. It does fit me well, I’m 5’7″ and my last gaming chair was a little oversized for me. I hope it is good in the long term so I don’t regret the price.

Great chair, love the foot rest!

Very comfortable gaming chair, and the back support pillow is phenomenal!! The only grip I have about it is the bucket seat design. If you’re like me and sit cross legged from time to time, it will be uncomfortable and may leave bruises on your legs, like me. However I put a sofa pillow down and all is good!
